She will try

by katie   Mar 4, 2006

She lays her self down to sleep
A bottle of vodka by her feet

She cant sleep
So she picks up the bottle and starts to weep

She starts to drink
she drank so hard the bottle ached

She's ashamed because she knows they don't want her anyway

She says to her self, "I gotta get out of this town. I gotta get out of the way"

She's in a new place but the same old thing
They all feed her the same bull again

So she cries and she cries
so she takes and she takes..but then she decides to try. so she tries and she tries...

This is an allright poem. There was a good story to it, but the first few lines rhyme a little bit too much.
