A Little Girl's Dream

by Su   Mar 4, 2006

Is that my blood,
Pouring from my wrists?
How as it that I've become,
As pitifully low as this?
Where pain is no longer there,
And I don't even care.

I might seem a simple girl,
I really wish I was,
I might seem like a nerd,
I really do not care,
I've so much to share.

Is that my skin,
Purple and green?
Bruised and revolting,
What does it mean?
Am I in control?
Just one more die roll.

I have so much to share,
I wish I could take you there,
I wish that I could disappear,
The world no longer wants me here.

The end is coming soon,
I don't don't know how much longer I will be.
Despite everything -
I still have a dream.
A little girl's dream.
