Play it Smooth

** Wrote this in like 5 mins so it's not very good, but I like it.**

We ignore eachother & look the other way,
But we both know our paths weren't meant to stray.

This is how it is & theres nothing left to do,
Now i can accept the fact that we're through.

I realize that tears wont bring you back,
I'm finally getting my life on track.

I'm done wishing you were still around,
I dont need a guy causing me to frown.

When things were cool we had fun,
I won't cry no more becuase it's done.

I'm gonna' look back and smile at it all,
I won't sit around and hope that you may call.

I'm gonna go and live my life just as I planned,
And who knows, I might even find a man.

But this time I wont get all caught up,
I'm gonna play it smooth, like, "Baby, what's up.?
