Rain

by Harley- Angel Of Despair   Mar 13, 2006

Rain, oh glorious, oh cold, blessed rain
Not even you can wash away my pain
I hate you, for thinking you were helping
You burnt my soul like a silver ring
rain can't wash away the stain you let on my life
I scream as your eyes cut me like a knife
You say I betrayed you? how dare you!
You crushed my heart, and you know it true.
You don't see the blood on the wall
you don't understand how hard you made me fall
Sorrow in her eyes kills me inside, cuts me deep
I'll give you whats left of my heart for you to keep
Love crushes all of us, it has trapped me here.
Cause I have a Honor to keep, so have no fear
For the depression, the sorrow, the sadness has killed me
I wish our scars of love would disappear, nothing to see
I want to die fighting, I won't lay down and give in
I hate you I hate you, I hate you, I hate you
I mind thinks it but my heart finds it untrue
I want to leave but my family holds me back.
Send the night mare to my melt mind like a soundtrack
The rain doesn't wash away my tears
The rain doesn't hide my wishes and fears
the rain can't change my past but reminds me of it
the rain can't do anything up make me feel like shit.
Which is just how you made me feel in the end
I lost your love and trust, can you relay call me a friend
I failed at being the man i should be, I am no beast
You can call me Despair, for happiness I find the lest
I'm the smiling bastard, hiding my lost hopes be hind a lie
People can't see all my pain that make me want to die
you should know I'm fading because word you won't say
So now you know what the rain doesn't wash away
