A star falls

Tonight stars will fall
One of them is ours
Like in a dream
I would like you to be here
On this night I really need you

On this night I feel so alone
Desperately waiting for you to call me on the phone
Lying awake not willing to forget you
Tell me what else am I supposed to do
When I'm head over heels
I wish you'd know how I feel,
And how much you mean to me
I guess it just wasn't meant to be

I will endure the pain
And try to purify my brain
Just in hope that someone else comes along
So I could restart my love song
But for now I lay here in my bed
And try to forget everything you said
Because those words cut my heart
And eventually will take it apart

Unconsciously I shed a tear
As it silently rolls of my face I wish you ware here
To wipe my tear and tell me to be strong,

The tear falls on my pillow and more follow

I struggle against my conscious, it's a fierce fight
I wish you ware here, on this night
