Souls Entwined and Hearts on Fire

by Jennifer RIP Lesthat Hayden   Mar 19, 2006

Our souls entwined
Our lips locked
Our eyes closed
Our hearts open
Our love deep
Our love true
How I feel when our lips touch
My heart races
My heart set a flame
My consciousness begins to drain
I love the feeling
I love the thought
To pull apart I'd like to think not
I'd rather stay clutched to your body
Don't just embrace me
Embrace my soul
Don't move away
Just stay close as can be
Oh how I feel when you touch me
Your hand against my cheek
Your lips touching mine
My arms around your body
The feeling is so fine
I love to think
I love to do
Forever beating
My heart for you
My heart races
My heart skips
With every beat
The fire lifts
The flame gets bigger
The flame grows strong
As our love gets bigger
Our love stays long
The flames dance
As my heart skips
The love stays warm
But it doesn't drip
My heart doesn't
Melt
It's not made of ice
The feeling of the fire
Oh it's so nice
My heart no longer melts
And my heart no longer bleeds
The love stopped the bleeding
But the love didn't stop my heart
Our love is so strong
Though we are far apart
The thought of the kissing
The thought of the touch
Is starting to make my heart feel
The rush
The rush of the fire
The dance of the flames
Our souls entwined
Our lips locked
Our eyes closed
Our love open
For all to see
You're the one I forever wish to be
With
You're the one I wanted all along
Our love will continue but this poem
Will stop
I could go on forever
But I think I'd rather not
