Siamese twins

by NK   Mar 19, 2006

Siamese twins joined at the heart.
The pain of the memories when they are apart.
It's unbearable to think of, the cruel hearted fate.
But yet they conquer, over distance they date.

They would rather have other, not a boy
Nor a girl
Would rather dance with no other, not a tango
Nor twirl
Would rather cry with no other, for smiles
They share
Would rather laugh with other, for each other
They care

They dream of the day, when together
One home
The time they'll spend together, their thoughts in
One zone
Their hands squeezed together, their smiles
Their love
Staying as pure and healthy, as a white-feathered dove.

As their hearts sore high, like fish in the sea
The time spent together, in the sky they are free
They'll move on in life, with a push and a tug
And keep each other happy, with a smile and hug.

So what all this says is what I feel for you
I love you Shannon Foster. My life now gifted to you.
