Forever

by LockedInEternity   Mar 20, 2006

Forever lost in sorry looks.
Forever dragged below the rest.
Forever,
That's how long I took
To realize,
That you were the best.

That day I fell in love with you.
Those gorgeous days we shared.
Forever took away from me.
I played it safe,
I hadn't dared.

Forever,
That's how long I had,
Or so I thought,
How wrong I was.
I sit here now,
I'm going mad.
The blurry past,
It's all fuzz.

And yet,
It wasn't long ago.
But love had broke the laws of time.
You left,
And here I thought I had forever.
My sorry soul was jailed for crime.

I learned that never is forever.
I learned to strike as soon as dawn.
Cause for that bird that has slept in,
That worm for breakfast is all gone.

I like this. Looking at the layout I thought it wouldn't flow and therefore I wouldn't like it but somehow the flow seemed to be really good...
