Accidentally In Love

I've fallen for you and your wacky ways.
My heart melts at your goofy smiles.
My senses reel at your infectious laugh.
I get lost inside your emerald eyes.

My pulse beats to the rhythm of your breathing.
My soul clings to yours in our every embrace.
My head spins to the melody of your voice.
I lose thought when I gaze at your beautiful face.

I tried my best to avoid this situation,
but accidents happen all the time.
I didn't mean to fall in love with you,
but since I did I'm glad you're mine.

    We accidentally fall in love all the time...you described it very well. I must admit I've experienced this. It may not be what we were expecting but it's certainly is a wonder surprise. I love this piece...something I think MANY can relate to...NICELY DONE!!! :)

    I liked the title Mary. really makes someone go inside and read. i like the playway emotions that you've built thru the poem, making it sound casual, yet subtly bringing out the beauty of falling in love.
