You took my leather heart,
and shred it all apart.
You took my plastic heart,
and smashed it all apart.
You took my wooden heart,
and cut it all apart.
You took my foil heart,
and ripped it all apart.
You took my glass heart,
and shattered it all apart.
You took my paper heart,
and tore it all apart.
Now, you'd think that I'd be mad,
you'd think that I'd be sad,
you'd think that I can't heal,
well, this is how I feel:
?No matter what you do,
I'll still be here for you.?
