Unchained hearts

by jovert   Mar 24, 2006

Taking this time to see the moon above,
sinking into realization that i\'ve found true love.
though my hands are chained, my heart floats free,
for my heart is with the person with whom i want to be.

though these chains cant keep me from seeing you,.
they are keeping me from the one person i love so true.
true enough that im willing to risk life itself,
for without you my life is nothing more than a living hell.

you are my sanity, the sound in my sleep,
the calmness in my voice, my thoughts so deep.
you are the tears which stroll down my face,
you are with me in my heart at any place.

lifes meant to be hard, but also rewarding as well,
the answers lie deep where your true feeling dwell.
the answers to all questions, everyone can possess,
but it depends on if youre willing to sort through the mess.

though these chains are restrictive on my part,
the one thing that can never be chained is my loving heart.
my heart which only holds a love true enough for you,
its helped me realize things that i never knew.

i never knew the feeling of true love, nor true happiness,
but with you i must say my life must be truly blessed.
for only GOD could send an angel as perfect and beautiful as you,
and only GOD could give me the heart to love you as much as i truly do.

so dont put your head down, honey cant you see,
though its so hard right now, you still belong here with me.
and no matter what i just wanted you to know,
that my heart will be with you wherever it is you may go.

love cant be contained, it lives inside each and every one of us,
some people dont realize it, but you and i must do what we must.
true love, something very few people ever find,
but when its found, the feelings truly one of a kind.

things will change, and we will one day be together,
and even if we dont, my heart will be with you forever.
but theres one thing i love more than an sunset ocean blue,
thats the idea that i may one day spend the rest of my life here with you.
