You was my knight,
My knight in shining Armour,
You always had a smile on your face,
You was Nans little charmer.

I miss the way you hugged me,
I miss the way you used to sing,
I miss the way you laughed,
And all the joy you used to bring.

I still look up at the sky,
And I can feel your arms around me,
I go to your gravestone,
Your face is so clear to see.

I go into the living room,
To where your chair was,
I always sit there now,
I sit there and pause.

I have an old shoe box
Ive only began to fill,
Keeping all the memories,
Photographs in there I will!

I was so young,
I was only seven,
We just moved in to your home,
But your home is now in heaven.

Ive never felt so much pain,
Since that day you went,
I keep feeling I have to cry,
You truly are heaven sent.

You made an impact on my life,
You made me smile when I was down,
When you was here,
No one would ever wear a frown.

Its hard for me to write,
Write about such an amazing man,
I cant usually get my words out,
But for some reason, today I can.
