Didnt Think Didnt Know

I didn't know I could want this much,
'Till you came into my life,
Didn't know I'd always long for your touch,
'Till I experienced our previous strife.

I just plain didn't realize,
Until I tripped and fell,
That tears of need could escape my eyes,
That without you I'm not well.

I didnt think I'd actually cry,
That I'd open up my heart,
That I'd let it hurt to say goodbye,
I didn't plan on this part.

Even though I didn't think or plan,
To fall out of my old mind,
I've stumbled into the heart of this man,
In return hes barged into mine.

I'm glad I'm not as sure as I was,
That I've stumbled around a bit,
That my mind has gathered some fuzz,
That sometimes I've gotta sit.

Sit down to fathom where I stand,
Buried deep in your heart,
That my life is no where near bland,
that with you, I've made my start.
