Another Teen Life Lost

by AllHailTheHeartbreaker   Apr 10, 2006

Today we lay
another down to rest
Let us think back on this day
as the day we buried one of the best.

He was an athlete
a football star
If only, if only...
he could've gone so far.

Another teen life
has been violently lost
Three departed before him
and his death comes at an unbearable cost.

In sweet memory we bury him
and watch our memories fade
The white will grow dim
and the blacks turn to grays.

So remember this day
remember these tears
No more mistakes
to confirm our fears.

Goodbye, you four
I'll cry for your memory
I just hope you all know
what you meant to me.

I think you could have gone more in detail about who the other three were or was there more connection with the fourth person?

It was really sad, and i hope it isn't true, but while seeing being buried is sad why not go more into the life that was once celebrated.
