The Last Shadows

by DMG   Apr 15, 2006

Shadows of lips opening on walls
Plaster deteriorates through the halls
The lips of the devil open to kiss...

The final bit of love - at peace.

Shadows of eyes closing on walls
Gaping holes in plaster through the halls
The eyes of the devil close amiss...

The final sight of beauty - deceased.

Shadow of a grin spreading on walls
Plaster forms rough texture through the halls
The grin of the devil smiles at life...

The final bit of felicity - dead.

Shadow of the devil appears on walls
Light behind makes shadows through the halls
The devil dies - hello dear knife...

The final sight of myself - red.
