Regrets

by hannah morgan   Apr 17, 2006

Its been a year since we laid you to rest,
It seems surreal even now,
I guess in away I have moved on,
I haven't had much choice really,

The last two years have been rough,
But mate I miss you the most,
Nothings the same now,
When things happen I still try call you,

People keep expecting me to go off the rails,
But I promised you a year ago today,
I would live my life to the full,
You never got the chance,

I went and put some flowers down,
Two weeks ago on the anniversary of your death,
I thought I was OK with it all,
Until I turned the corner,

I saw your name and the flowers,
The memories and tears came flooding back,
I cant speak even now,
I wish I could I want to tell you so much.

Mate, I regret not telling you,
How much you meant to me,
And what a good friend you were,
I miss you so much hunni.

* Hope your having as much fun on the other side as you did this side * R.I.P babes. We all still miss you xxx xx

This very good. I do the same about my father's death. Its better to get out ur feelings then let them stay inside. Keep up the good work.
