Poisoned Beauty

Walk by faith, not by sight
Close my eyes coz you shine too bright
Too strong to fall, Too weak to fight
Just fade away into the night

Beauty covers deep despair
Glitter coats the putrid air
Destroy what keeps her hanging there
Choking on her auburn hair

Swallow all the hurt & pain
Caress the blade that keeps me sane
Wash away the blood again
Sit and cry in pouring rain

Watch the thread start to unwind
Dark thoughts of an unstable mind
Look for an answer you won't find
All your love was left behind

Stare at the truth you're too blind to see
Searching for some clarity
Always trying to break free
From these chains restraining me

Scream loudly but don't make a sound
Laugh at me when I hit the ground
Spinning faster, round and round
This poisoned beauty's heaven bound
