Break Free

by ButterflyKisses_xo   Apr 18, 2006

She grew up in a small town,
one where no one knew her name,
Somtimes she'd sit outside,
wishing someone would play.

She had a million chores,
she'd work on everyday,
and no one really knew,
all she had to say.

She had a couple friends,
but they lived far away,
at school she'd just sit back,
and wish the day away.

Many brothers and sisters,
they'd fight her all day long,
She stayed home to watch them,
until mommy and daddy came home.

No one really knew her,
she'd bottle it up inside,
daddy always judged her,
to leave her cry by her bedside.

To her family she'd be invisible,
to her friends another girl,
all she really wanted,
was to break free from this world.
