Innards are my outers,
Hatred is not a love,
Emotions drive my energy,
But I'm not closed to a glove,

Many say I'm stupid,
But blonde is not in thought,
I know not limitations,
Although my height is short,

My blue windows see clearly,
My iris blooms so great,
Although I don't see a God,
I place my life to fate,

I'm forever in battle,
A strength I'll always thirst,
Although I know I'm not the best,
I know I'm not the worst,

Pink smudges are my armor,
I smile away the tears,
I love to see it rain,
But dont cry when it clears,

This is me a page,
I add to it each day,
Inky smears and doodles,
Are my thoughts and what I say,

I may seem happy to you,
But for now inside,
Is me; pure, clear and wonderful,
It's like I've never cried.

    I liked this poem. Usually I do not like rhyming poems but in this case I found your rhyming to add to the piece and I also noticed it didn't come off as forced at all. This piece feels incredibly honest and exposing to me, I liked the sincerity you wrote with. :)
