That of Being Human

by No Need For A Name   Apr 22, 2006

Fighting in war they say there isn't
In war they say is fiction
But then why do we start to die
Toy soldiers start to really bleed
Who cares about the kids they have to feed
Eyes still open, no more hoping
That this young man will still have a life

(Chorus)
We kill everything
We cause misery
Because we are human, we are human
Destroy what we create
Torture ever fate
It's that of being human, that of being human

Try to just breathe in
All of this toxin
Our lungs will soon burst in flames
Suffocate our lungs scream for air
Running out there's no one who cares
Breathing selfishly, no more to be
And if we don't change we'll lose it

(Chorus)
We kill everything
We cause misery
Because we are human, we are human
Destroy what we create
Torture ever fate
It's that of being human, that of being human

Survival of the fittest
Our motto is our sickness
Negative for happiness
Who cares our homes are battle fields
Who cares these bullets won't heal
Well I do, there's more like you
Together we can end this madness

(Chorus)
We kill everything
We cause misery
Because we are human, we are human
Destroy what we create
Torture ever fate
It's that of being human, that of being human
