Just A Few Questions

by Jackie Marie   Apr 22, 2006

I miss you
Because of you, I cry
I want you to be honest
And please do not lie
Do you even think about me?
Atleast every once in a while?
I think about you all the time
For you, I'd run the extra mile
Do you even love me?
I know that I love you
I just want to be apart of you life
Has your hatred towards me grew?
Do you even know who I am?
I know who you are
You are the father I never had
You are just to far
Would you love me if I was there?
If I was right in front of your face?
I love you even though you aren't here
Its the though of you hating me that I can't embrace
Do you wish I was never born?
Do you wish that I wasn't even yours?
I am sorry if I am just a burden to you
You have left me with so many cuts and sores
But before you completely shut me out
Please remember this one thing
I have always loved you father
And I hope one day you feel the same

Very nice poem.. Very deep and meaningful. I think you did a great job writing it and expressing your feelings in it.

    Well done!

This is again another one of your good ones. I think all you need to do to this one is redo this line. "Its the though of you hating me that I can't embrace"
I got confused on the though....it should be thought. And then it would be perfect. 5/5

Oh god, this made me cry....the pain was so intense...and I can relate to it...again I liked the imagery and wording, and I enjoyed the flow.

But before you completely shut me out
    Please remember this one thing

    especially stood out to me.
    Great writing 5/5 again
