Thank you

I don't know how to say this so ill just say what's on my mind, you're a special person, someone I never thought I'd find.
You came into my life unexpectedly, you changed my world around and made things clear to see.
You showed me that things dont have to be this way, you helped me become a better person, you've done more than I can say.
You pointed me in the right direction ,it's like helping people is your perfection.
You made me a promise that I hope you keep, it's one that I can find when I look down deep.
None of this is made up its all very true, each day we shared special moments was another day we grew.
Like when you wrap your arm around me, Im in your warm embrace, these are the kind of moments that wont let me forget your face.
This year has gone by way too fast, I know "live in the present and not the past"
But I just cant except the fact that it's time to leave, but yes I know in time I will perceive.
I'm going to miss you so very much, one thing's for sure, we have to stay in touch
I don't know what I'm going to do, yeah I know I'll try my best but things will be different with out you.
I guess I'll just have to remember youre always there, you are some one I can count on to always care.
I don't know what else to say, but thank you and no matter what these memories will always stay.
