Light

There once was a man
where love was his demand
he searched for light in the darkness we see
but constant failure made him believe
one can not win
with out a heart of pure sin
the things he would say
to send his demons away
to beg for release from the curse upon him
to set free his next of kin

the things he fears
would shed so many tears
his life destined for hell
the calling........ the ring of one bell
life was over no way out to see
but...wait one speck........one little gleam
she stood in a distance
coming closer ....fighting all resistance
open arms ....sweet touch
it made you want to hug her so much.....
the kiss to die for
making you want more

stopping to think was this real for the taking
a big decision to be making
not hasting
not waiting
taking a risk
hoping love will end in bliss
not knowing the outcome
not knowing where the feelings are coming from
true love you say
thinking about this light every single day
bringing me up from hades away
making me stronger bringing me hope
helping me strive or just to cope

this light i see
comes brighter to me
the depths of my heart grow closer thee
thinking of one question ........ what will it be
the light i see ..........
my pain and anger gone
leaving only you and me
