As I sit calmly
Holding the cold, silver blades
I set about carving
Your bittersweet name
Tears are falling in crimson
A crimson river for you
I can't seem to ever let go
So this is what I'll do...

I'll make your mark upon my flesh
By cutting, cutting, I'll cut so deep
Only thinking of you, my love
As I watch the crimson seep...

Through this blood bedewed tissue
Puddles and puddles of red
They keep on soaking up and through
Until I'm finally...

Dead; I can feel nothing more inside
Cold and numb; ice white and blue
Even in Death, you still know that
I will always love you.
