Memories

**This has nothing to do with my life right now I just wanted to write about something sad. lol**

Shattered memories just like my shattered heart
Remembering that night you said we’d never part
But now that wish has not come true
And now I am left with only memories of you

Alone here I lay on my bed
Remembering the things you always said
Stuff about how much you truly loved me
Oh and the time you said we’d always be

But now we grow each day more distant
The term “I love you” is said less persistent
And now I cry my one last tear
As I pick up the dagger and do what I fear
