For You

by Melody   Apr 14, 2004

She sits alone
Knowing her mom thinks of her as a burden.
She decides between heaven and hell...which one will God choose when she takes her last step?

Tying the rope around her neck, the reflection of her mom appears in her ocean of tears. Her blood drains from her veins as it disrupts the picture of hate. Her eyes fade to black as she creeps towards the edge, one last step decides her fate. Her memory darkens with only the picture of her abusive mother.

Her heart shatters, she takes one leap, the ground releases and she hangs for all to see. The letter below, written in blood reads,
"Mother,
The hatred you have shown me has brought my death. At least you will be happier now...This is for you."
- Your daughter
