SHE STANDS ALONE

by Shayzee Lyn   May 1, 2006

A distant melody
a broken chain
a little girl
filled with aggravating pain

for her nothing is simple
and nothing is ever sweet
hidden from opportunities
her life is ment to meet

school is such a tradegy
she smiles like its okay
she screams silently in her pillow
she doesnt want to live another day

a shadow lingers on in her
a chance of hardship and fate
but life is something useless
but realizing this took too late.

behind the windows
behind the doors
her misery stands
as she lays on the floor

surrounded by blood
doesnt somebody know?
how this girl gave up
and left us so low.

somebody help her
please dont walk away
this is the story
when people turned their backs on her that day.

she stands alone
under the dirt
she gave it up
when things started to hurt

just a headstone
with loving memory under her name
without my friend
it wont be the same

she stands alone
