Untold Secrets

The secret she hides
so deep inside
impossible to let out
the deception of feelings
lost in her head
the screaming never stops
the words untold
never spoken of
stuck inside
beating her down
her silent voice
begging to be heard
it's the secrets inside
the words that
have kept quiet for too long
that kill her
and bring her back
each day
