That Little Girl Inside Of Me

by Katarina Marie   May 9, 2006

What do you do?
When you have a girl who never smiles
A frown that never leaves
Tears that flow day by day
And you have " Suicide Major " for the headline of your New York Times.
What do you do?

What do you say?
When life cant go your way
Your beginning to cry every night
And you wish your life would just go right
Things begin to worsen as the days go by ...
And you ask yourself
What do you say?

When you look into the mirror, what do you see ...
When you see black eye liner falling down the side of your face
A dress ripped into thrashes of broken linen of silk
Shaking and shivering from the coldness of the night
And fear lives inside of the darkness in those eyes
What do you see?

What do you do?
When your alone standing in the rain
Mixing every rain drop with every tear
Standing in mud puddles
Feeling your fear
Never knowing what you did
You'll always stand alone
When your caught holding your breath ...
What do you do?

When you walk up to that coffin ..
And you see this girl inside
Her face so delicate
Her features so small
What do you do
What do you say
What do you see
You fall over and realize
You scream in fright and horror
And all you see is that little girl ..and you say .."that little girl inside of me."
