Always and Forever

by Bill Turner   May 10, 2006

A saint I will never be
Too long in the black of night
My spirit runs forever free
Dancing in your love and light

I have hurt many along the way
Pain I will never bring to you
Giving you my love each and every day
Thinking of you in all that I do

On the edge is where I lived life
Now I know the abyss is out there
Staying away from it for my future wife
For you are the one about which I care

Living in the black taught me so much
Leaving me with scars, body, mind and soul
Healing me like a queen with your touch
Putting together my pieces, making me whole

Forever be my light and my love
Hold me in the dead of night when shadows creep
Brought to me from above
My love you will always have to keep

This is truly amazing. It is the wonder of heartbreak, and the awe of happiness in your love, and admiration. Amazingly honest, and inspirational. Thank you. xx
