Love and Hate

On this cold and lifeless ground

I stand helpless before you

On the right are people I despise

Oh how I wish I could destroy them!

On the left are people I love

Oh how I wish I could hold them!

And yet I can't

I hate and I love but I don't know why

Release me from this impasse

Let me love or let me hate

Walking on this cold and lifeless ground

Is tormenting me

Ignoring the people I love and hate

Not being able to express my love or hate

Is tormenting me

Release me from your wrath

As I walk alone
