YOU WALKED AWAY

I have been searching for something more
Something worth waiting for
And I'm over taken
I finally realize I'm always faking

And again I hear your voice in my head
You keep repeating all the things you said
And I turn and ask you if you're listening
And I can see it in your eyes you're slipping

Tell me this isn't how it has to be
But there is nothing more you see
And as I look at you, you turn away
When I asked you please baby stay

You look at me and kiss my check good-bye
Turning your back as I being to cry
And I thought we could be forever strong
But clearly I was really wrong.
