Love at 16

I'm only 16 and I've fallen in love

my heart seems to flutter as if it were a dove

so many feelings inside I hold

as if it were my own pot of gold

I've given my heart away

I hope forever he will stay

if he were to leave

I'd live my life to only grieve

he means so much to me

more than a crystal sea

always filling me with glee

someday all of this I know he will see

He constantly takes my breath away

because of him my life is no longer dark and gray
