Free me from these chains,
Watch my heart as it flies,
Untie me from this rope,
And clear my record from these lies.

Break me free from this pain,
Set me free from the night,
Unlock the door I'm behind,
Show me some shining light.

Open the windows,
Through which out I see,
Unhook this leash,
That's now upon my me,

Let me go now,
I need to leave,
Let me go now,
I need to believe.

Allow me to exit,
I need to see for myself,
Allow me to exit,
I need to be more than a book on a shelf.

Watch me go now,
Watch me as I depart,
Watch me go now,
You're tearing me apart.

    Really? it has a lot of meaning to it... its showing the feelings about being held back and not allowed to do stuff, you know, live a life sererate from that of chains and boudries??
