The "Loving" Father

by SJ   Jun 4, 2006

When her father beat her
She never ever would cry
She never screamed in pain
She'd hold it all inside

When he killed her mother
She only shed four tears
He made her watch it all
Her telling people what happened was his only fear

So he locked her up in the attic
She was only ten years old
How she survived up there all alone
Was a story left untold

Her father visited her there often
When she reached sixteen
But only when he was angry at night
That was when she finally screamed

She felt so dirty and unclean
Inside, and out
But the worst of it all
She was pregnant

The day she had the baby
She was so unprepared
Both of them died that day
But at least her only wish came true
She was finally free

note: just know that this doesn't apply to me but for the poor people that actually go through this type of shiznat. *a moment of silence*
