Well they say a man's got
two eyes for looking:
one for the future
and one for the now
but for you, Space Cowboy,
that wouldn't last;
echoing cries from a gun-blast
shattered your left eye,
the one for the future,
formed an eye for the past.

Space Cowboy--
when will people learn to dance
to your blue, subdued pace?
Oh Space Cowboy--
what will you ride off into
when the sun never sets in outer space?

Hey now, tell me
why march to your death?
Though you can't see it Spike,
you have a place with us yet.
Have faith in what's coming,
what you can't ever see.
Don't give in to what's gone,
don't you dare abandon me...

Flying to your end
like it's some damn race,
oh Space Cowboy--
what can you ride off into
when the sun never sets
in the emptiness of space?

    I wanna watch this anime show... though the poem itself has a good meaning, you could use more descitprion and a better idea of how to protray the main chracter I havn't seen it but I kind of get a good idea of who he is.

    my only crtisim is try to elbaorate more on the character, to make the person who reads the poem know the character you're talking about better

    Hm. It was good. I don't really understand it though cause I've never seen that show. But it was different, And kinda interesting to read. And I liked that 3rd stanza, It was written really well.
