Salvation

by Jamie   Jun 8, 2006

If god ever hated anyone, it was you
And I'm with him because I hate you too
But god isn't my savior; he didn't save me from this
I hold high the devil, if either exists

The power unseen, and life goes on
We'll never know until we're dead and gone
And if this is how you're going to be
It won't be long until you'll get to see

Disengaged from me things I once knew
Cheated and beaten by things that you do
Call for your master to come save your soul
But sins aren't forgiven until you give back what you stole

So can you give it to me? Watch me fall
Just give it back to me, You know I need it all
You can't take anymore from me
I've been crawling
I need it back from you
It's been calling (me)

**i know i didn't ever really specify what "it" was but it's just like my life the way it used to be before i met this person..
