Like Water Beads on Skin

by Jamin Huchingson   Jun 13, 2006

Like water beads on skin
I'll heed to nothing you need
As water rolls off my skin
Like a fortress around this heart
It will never let you in

These tears dispenses onto my skin
But just like rain they roll off again

As I untie your lies
Your deceit and outlandish alibis
There's no need to apologize

You're like water on my skin
You bead and roll off again
And my heart has built a wall so high
It will never let you in

Like rain these tears fall onto my skin
But like you
They roll off again

Like water beads on skin
I'll heed to none of your needs
And it can rain all day
Because it just beads
And rolls off again
