Powder Bodies

by Jessica   Jun 16, 2006

The darkness is slowly swallowed me up
Little by little, what seems to be the sun
Drops like a thousand tears of pain
My body seems cold
Yet the summer smiles down upon me

The people how where once kind
Start to turn and make powdered bodies
First, I play along
Like the leaf in the wind

Until they to turn on me
They burn me until my body is powdered
Smiles they wear
Like badger of honor
As they make more powdered bodies
Every day they destroy more lives
Moving onto the next kind soul
Not wasting a second to move onto the next kill

There victims screams can be hear from miles away
They will cry a thousand tears of pain
There bodies will seem cold
Yet the summer smiles down upon them
Slowly they will be swallowed up by darkness
To come back to were they make powdered bodies

Some of us move on
To a place where sun shines bright
Another stay only to hurt again
Yet we can still feel there touch

Cool Poem. A Few Probs- Is it Body Or Bodies In The 1st Stanza? And in the 2nd there's a freaky typo thing. But over all very creative..
