Mercy

An old poem I wrote a while back, and although the structure is a little different and reads to be really abruptly, I thought I'd show you all anyway.

Mercy
By Stefhy

Rain drops are falling
As clouds tumble over.
Tear drops are calling
For mercy once more.
A sun that once shone
Cowars from moonlight.
No breaking of dawn
And dark, it shall stay.
A life once re-born
He brought her miracles
Now shattered and torn
She's ending her life.

Rain drops are falling
As clouds tumble over.
Tear drops are calling
For mercy once more.
Oh thunder and lightening
Calm brutal clouds.
Power so frightening
Entranced is the soul.
Happiness faded
When his love was stolen.
She has been jaded
Wandering and lost.

Rain drops have fallen
Clouds tumbled down.
Tear drops still calling
A cry for mercy.
