I Turn Away; You Know It's the End

Don't try to do anything.
Leave me here all alone.
Because here is where I feel,
Here, I feel the greatest pain of all.
Maybe sometime it will end,
Maybe it won't at all.
But I think, just think,
I'm too strong to fall.
But at times like these,
I feel so weak,
My knees shake,
I can't speak.
My eyes swell
I cannot see.
It only lessens the pain
I can't see me.
So now I welcome the pain of today
And remember yesterdays like before
And I whimper in my sleep, in my wake,
And its nothing like before.
I won't talk to anyone.
I leave them all behind.
For I won't let anyone in,
I'm just concealed inside my mind.
Next time you think of me,
Don't say she was the girl that failed,

So when I am in the corner,
Weeping, Saddened, Drained.
Leave me alone.
