An Unlucky Job...

by iDeePanda   Jun 25, 2006

A lonely girl has lost her way
there's no where else to turn
she searches so reluctantly
to ease the fire that burns

sorrow fills her aching heart
yet passion relives her sometimes
it seems when she is doing her job
pain is removing from her mind

this girl waits outside at midnight
the time for her job has come
a car pulls up next to her corner
and she sighs, saying "wanna have fun?"

this girl jumps into his car
the destination is unknown
a tear streams down her face-
she wish she could just go home

she counts the tips she has just made
as her customer samples a taste
the night is swept out of her grasp
and for that moment, the pain is erased

but when the passion is finally finished
she's filled with renewed strife
for this is the way this poor girl survives
prostituting is her life

That was so sad and thought provoking. Great job...it was very well written and flowed well.
