The Nightclub

by Caz   Jun 26, 2006

I once went to a nightclub and my god did I despair
There were lots of sweaty bodies all gyrating every where
The music if thats what it was, was loud they called it rave.
Like a bunch of raving lunatics was how that lot behaved.
The drinks were something else, all funny colours, kinda weird.
I only settled for the one, a bit too strong I feared.
The dancers wore such funny clothes, most of them , just about!!
They really were quite flimsy, lots of bits all hanging out.
The bar stools too were really high. I nearly fell off twice
A man nearby kept leering oooh it really wasn't nice.
He got up to come over and then he sorta kinda fell,
His eyes were sort of glassy, he'd been drinking I could tell!!
The lights as well were awful bright, kept flashing off and on!!
I checked my watch at that point thinking time that I was gone!!
I left the club at ten to twelve although it shut at three.....
I think I found the nightclub scene is really not for me!!
