Broken Violin

by myshiningstar14   Jun 29, 2006

Strumming the pains of
my heart, with His fingers,
like the broken violin
that I am, and dipping the
broken pieces into His sweet
embrace.

Like a film without sound,
my life flashes before me,
each pain deeper still. So
He begins to thread me
back together and our
lives continue to collide.

My strings are broken, and
my wood is chipped. I'm a
broken violin, oh please
don't play me. I'm a broken
violin, please I need you.

Embracing my tear-patterned
face, and my punctured heart,
He simply smiles, and with
His humble eyes, He welcomes
me with open arms.

Like a silhouette that speaks not,
but still tells a story, His love
erases my pain and brings me
new life.

My paint is scratched and I'm
put of tune. I'm a broken violin,
oh how you've restored me. I'm
a broken violin please live in me.

**this is how I feel most f the time now, without my friends(PQ and PA) and I miss my baby but I will see him sooon. Thnxs for reading. love you all.
