Say A Prayer

Say A Prayer, Nothing Else Can Save You
Your Mind Is All Messed Up && You Don't Know What To Do...

You Put Down The Knife And Packed Up Your Stuff
You'd Never Imagined He'd Get So Rough
In The Pouring Rain You Head Down The Road
Carrying With Your Your Heavy Load
Tonights Grave Thoughts Are Waying You Down
You Want To Go Back, But You Can't Turn Around
The Bloods Almost Off, It's Getting Taken By Rain
It Washes The Blood, But It Can't Wash The Pain
You Think Back To The Happiness You Both Had Together
And How At One Point He Offered You Forever...

And Then How It Change, With One Simple Hit
From That Day On, He Treated You Like Shit
You Couldn't Believe He Was Treating You This Way
But You Loved Him To Death, So You Would Just Stay
He'd Get Down On His Hands And Knees Beg You Not To Go
But Don't Be To Hard, How Were You To Know
That Tonight He'd Put More Force Behind His Hits
And Tonight Would Be The Night, You'd Done With It...

Bleeding And Broken, You Were Laying On The Floor
He Picks Up The Knife And You Head For The Door
He Comes At You Now, Armed And Ready
He Hits You Down, And Holds You Steady
But You Break Away And Take The Knife
Maybe, If He Were Smarter, He'd Have Saved A Life...

So Just Say A Prayer, Nothing Else Can Save You
Your Mind Is All Messed Up && You Don't Know What To Do.
