Empathise

by Marshal   Jul 15, 2006

Torn between emotions as life passes by,
The Irrelevance of logic.
Stable mind and stable body overrun by pain,
Seconds persuading fate against me as I Begrudgingly decide upon immoral conclusions.
Why?
Free will no longer plausible to social values,
As choices lay dormant down the path of ineluctable torment.
Judgement dealing a heavy hand upon my soul!
The release such as a gentle summer breeze,
Born by answers to questions you never even knew.
Yet, I cannot help but wonder?
Where I actually fit in?

Very deep Marshal, your reader can see that you had to dig deep for that and that your emotions come out, but the feeling of it is cold, kind of how you are feeling. Really good write!!
