New Hampshire Rain

New Hampshire Rain

White purness, is dismissed by a rain,
as the clouds bleak, block all blue,
sky invaded, courrupted, shaken with tears,
hiding behind snow-white pillows.

Through green speckles, of needles and leaves,
I see this marvel, and gaze past dark trees,
into brighter skies, soaring, my soul set free,
by writing and dreaming, the pitter patter of rain in my ears,
can\\\'t dim my joy.

Between the sky and the expanses,
this memory does remain,
passing through time, dancing onto my page.

Blessed water, fuels dismal rain,
an utter controversy, as I sit here today,
raised by antagonization, sent up into blue,
changing to precipitation, after it becomes a watery acid.

Burning away joy, putting a stop to all light,
the source of joy, the lake, is the source of boredom now,
but ever peacefull it be,
this New Hampshire rain.
