Never Daddys Little Girl

I was never daddy's little girl and I've always wondered why, we argued every day and never met eye to eye, you provided for us as best as you could but never acted like a daddy should, he was your only boy she was your little angel but I was never daddy's little girl, I've always wanted to make you proud but on my special day you wasn't in the crowed, It broke my heart not to see you that day all I wanted was a congrats and a hug but it didn't happen that way, I guess I've got to face it and realize I was never and will never be daddy's little girl.
