Trepidation

Trepidation
The surrealist’s unconscious nightmare
Lachrymose
The realist’s reality
Sleep claims the breath of the mortal
Weakened by the will to live
Strengthened by the fear to die
Tears of tears unshed
Motivated to fall by the conflicting emotion in your soul
Two waves colliding
Smashing, sending you head-on into oblivion
