Anniversary of Two Hearts

Anniversary of Two Hearts

Patience is a quality he has developed
Waiting for his adorable sweet heart
Dressed to a tee in a pin-striped suit
Exchanging compliments as they depart

Soothing love songs in a hushed ride
A tranquil evening of dinner and dance
Hearts complete the lifeline they share
A memorable night of fervent romance

Intertwined fingers, webs of passion
Setting a lovely atmosphere to celebrate
An anniversary of love and commitment
Faithfully, six months since their first date

Daunting, she beckons him to the dance floor
Nervous yet confident, he makes his way
sweet symphony's of an enchanting tune
moving gracefully, like dancers of ballet

Slow passionate kisses their lips share
As the youth of this night gradually gets old
A romantic ballad this magical night created
One of passionate love and a story to be told...

I loved the story of the poem and the set up. one word of advice is to add more punctuation. it just makes it easier to read. 5/5
